1. Basic Food Handlers Certificate (Level 1, SITOHS002A)- Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures

9am - 4pm, 7 hrs (one day only)
2. Food Supervisors Certificate (Level 2, SITXFSA001A) - Implement Food Safety Procedures
Available Dates: March (tba), April (tba)
9am - 4.00pm, 7hrs, one day only

3. RSA Certificate - Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol (SITHFAB009A)
Participants will receive the RSA Certificate issued by Liquor Licensing Victoria.

9am - 1pm, 4 hrs, one day only
4. Barista (SITHFAB012A)- Prepare and serve espresso coffee.
5. Food & Beverage Service
Available Dates: Monday 4th May - Wednesday 6th Mary
3 x 6hr Sessions Cost: $330.00
Vic. Govt funding under Skills Store or Parents Returning to Earnings / Work is available to eligible applicants to cover or contribute towards cost of these courses. Eligibility criteria applies.
