Inna Ahapitova was nominated for trainee of the year due to her positive and enthusiastic attitude; firstly to the children she cares for, and to her training.
The respect she offers to children is reflected in her multicultural approach. Her ongoing desire to learn has resulted in her enrolment in the Diploma of Children's Services. Inna's keen participation in class discussions and role plays allowed the others in the group to gain confidence. She showed a natural leadership quality.
