LINK Employment and Training is a licensed Job Placement Services Provider. This program focuses on assisting employers by matching the most suitable jobseekers to vacancies.

The objective of Job Placement is to ensure that an increasing and diverse range of employment opportunities are available for job seekers by meeting the recruitment needs of employers. Job Placement organisations canvass employers for vacancies, and match, screen and refer suitable job seekers to those vacancies.

Once we are advised of your vacancy, the details for all non-executive vacancies will be entered on to the Australian Job Search website (withholding employer details). Consultants will then pre-screen applicants over the phone and forward details of the most suitable candidates to the employer.

LINK can also offer employers assistance with other recruitment and training services.
