LINK Employment & Training, its Directors, Managers and Staff, aim to benefit all stakeholders within Federal, State and Local Government, Business, Australian Apprentices and the community in general through the application of our Vision, Core Purpose and Success Measures.

Vision Statement
LINK Employment & Training strives to be a recognised leader in community development through employment strategies.

Core Purpose
LINK Employment and Training's core purpose is to create systems that support the community and employers, to create and maintain employment opportunities through training, facilitated learning outcomes, developing apprenticeships and traineeships including the group training model, and to ensure financial responsibility. LINK will strive to create prosperity and enhance community service to regions through equity, diversity and growth.

Success Measures
LINK Employment and Training's endeavours will be measured by its growth and through recognition by employers, the community, Government and peer organisations in achieving the core purpose.
