LINK Employment and Training Inc provides tailored flexible training on or off-the- job, workshops. LINK designs and delivers training to help your business succeed by improving employee skills and relationships, productivity and retention.

We train small or large groups in a range of topics for general industry skills or specialized professional development. A tailored training program, training calendar or training session can be designed for new or existing employees across all levels of your organization from entry level positions through to higher management levels. Training can be delivered on site at your workplace, at one of our training centres or we can arrange a conveniently located training venue.

LINK provides employer support in a collaborative relationship based on regular open communication and respect. Our method includes:

Preparation of a Training Plan and a Training Calendar.
Access to a qualified trainer with years of industry experience at all times during normal working hours.
Assistance with the delivery of workplace training and to sign record / log books and training plan when required.
Negotiated access times and dates for a LINK trainer to visit the trainee / apprentice during working hours for training, coaching and assessment purposes.
